    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1 tbs ground flax seed
    1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tbs PB2 or other dried peanut butter
    1 Ripe Banana peeled, cut into pieces and frozen
    1 cup plain unsweetened Kefir


If the smoothie is too thick, add additional water. If it isn't sweet enough, add sweetener of your choice and adjust calorie count.


Grind dry oatmeal and flax seed in blender until fine powder. Add the rest of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
