Ingredients

    8 oz uncooked spaghetti
    1 cup chopped cooked ham
    1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 c reduced fat sour cream
    1/2 tspp salt
    2 large eggs lightly beaten
    1 garlic clove

Directions

Cook pasta, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Heat large skillet. Add ham and pasta and stir. Combine cheese and next 4 ingredients. Stir with a wisk, add reserved pasta water to egg mixture. Stir well and pour egg mix over pasta. Stir well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens-stirring constantly-don't boil. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 4 servings

    I used egg substitute, and added a little onion and sauted it with the chopped ham. It was good. I never had made, or tried this before. yumm - 11/7/08
