Introduction

A delicious and healthy smoothie that is great for breakfast, post-workout snack or as a fruity dessert. I like to freeze all the ingredients beforehand so the smoothie is extra cold and thick. Ingredients

    water - 1 cup
    Red Grapes - 1 cup
    Mangos (or Peaches) - 1 cup
    Raspberries - .5 cup

Tips

(Optional: freeze all of the fruits beforehand so the smoothie ends up extra thick and cold).


Directions

throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

Serving Size: makes two .75 cup servings or one big 2.5 cups serving
