Ingredients

    2 Oz. Cabbage
    1 Oz. Iceberg Lettuce
    1/4 Oz. Onion
    1 Oz. Hard Boiled Egg
    1 Oz. Avocado
    1 Oz. Grape Tomato
    4 Oz. Grilled Pork Shoulder

Directions

Slow roast Pork Shoulder on rotisserie until 170 degrees internal temp. Chop all veggies and egg. Slice pork and add to top of salad. Apply your favorite dressing.
