Ingredients

    3c oats
    .5c brown sugar
    2tsp baking powder
    .5tsp salt
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    1.25c 2%milk
    .25c canola oil
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1 can sliced peaches (100%juice) drained and chopped
    1 c fresh blueberries
    .25c chopped walnuts


Tips

You can make ahead by mixing the wet and dry up the night before, just keep them seperate until the morning.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl, in another bowl mix next 5 ingredients. Mix wet in with dry, after mixed well stir in fruit and then layer in a 11X7 baking pan. Top with walnuts and bake for 35-40 minutes until top is slightly brown.
