Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts, diced
    2 cans black beans, drained
    2 cans corn, drained
    1 jar salsa (15 oz.)
    1 pkg cream cheese
    2 cups uncooked white Rice

Tips

All of my kids love this! You can make it spicier than this by adding more salsa or hotter salsa.


Directions

Place the top 4 ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 3-4 hours on low. Then dice the cream cheese and place it over the crock pot mixture. Cook for another 30 min.
Meanwhile, cook rice according to the package directions. Serve crock pot mixture over rice. Enjoy!
