Ingredients

1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes - Spicy Red Pepper
1 28oz Can Plain Diced Tomaotes (drained)
3 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
5 cups cooked pasta
2-3 large zucchini, diced into 1" cubes
1 onion finely diced
garlic
salt
pepper
italian herbs
Directions
In a VERY large skillet or wok over med-high heat, cook the chicken pieces until about half cooked. Add onion and garlic, and cook until translucent.
Add diced zucchini, turn the heat to high and cook, stirring often, until zucchini have sweated down by about half.
Add tomatoes and seasonings as desired. Cook over high heat, stirring often, until sauce is thick but zucchini are still meaty.
Serve over hot cooked pasta of your choice.
