I try to make these as healthy as possible.

If you have any tips or anything you may want to add let me know. Also, you can add in as many veggies as you want!

.) Chop all the vegetables and put them in containers
.) Heat up a 2in deep skillet with (2) TBSP of Olive Oil
.) Once heated put the vegetables and sautee them until their golden brown. Also, may want to put the lid on the top of the skillet to help soften the carrots.
.) Take all vegetables out of the pan and place in a container to cool a bit.
.) Take (1) Cup of Water and put it into the skillet.
.) Put the ground turkey and the skillet.
.) Set your temperature to a medium high heat.
.) Season the meat to taste.
.) Once the meat is brown, add in all the vegetables and stir.
.) Add in the Pasta Sauce
.) Cover and reduce heat. Let is simmer while you boil the pasta.
.) Boil (4-6) Cups of Water
.) Add Salt to the water to help it not stick together
.) Add the pasta once it is hot.
.) Let cook between 8-10 minutes.
.) Once cooked, drain the pasta.
.) Add to the Skillet with the Spaghetti Sauce and Stir
.) Let is sit for about 10-15 minutes so the pasta gets fully cooked.
.) Serve on Plates or in Bowls

.) Stick Fork in it and enjoy!
