Ingredients

    Gardein Pulled Shreds- 1 serving
    Whole wheat slimwich- 1 bun
    Sweet Baby Rays honey bbq sauce- 1/2 tbsp
    Splenda- 1 tsp
    Kens light honey mustard dressing- 1/2 tbsp
    Hellmans light mayo- 1/2 tbsp
    Pam buttery spray
    Tomatoes- 1 slice
    Dill pickles- 3 slices
    Spinach- to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Spray the buns with the buttery spray on both sides and cook for 6 minutes.

In a pan mix the shreds, bbq sauce, and splenda and heat on medium until they are warm.


When the bun is cooked spread on the honey mustard and mayo. Place the shreds, spinach, tomatoes and pickles on the bun.
