Avocado Tuna Salad
1 can (2-oz.) Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
1 medium Avocado, peeled, seed removed, and mashed
4 Dill Pickle spears, chopped
If the avocado is ripe, it will be so creamy that you don't have to add mayonaise.
Serving tip: If you slice the avocado in half (lengthwise) and carefully remove the seed and inside of the avocado, you save the avocado skin to use later when serving. Scoop the avocado tuna salad into the avocado skin and serve on a plate with chopped vegetables.
