Ingredients

    1 whole Leg of Lamb
    1 cup Carrots, chopped
    4 medium Potatoes, halved
    1 tbsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tbsp Thyme, dried
    1 cup Red Wine
    1 cup Water

Tips

Wine can be substituted with any stock of choice.


Directions

1) Add water and wine to slow cooker.
2) Rub lamb leg with rosemary and thyme and put in cooker.
3) Add veggies.
4) Cook on Auto for 8-10 hours.
Serve with salad or extra veggies.
