Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tsps baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsps canola oil
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup egg substitute, liquid
    1 1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup peach, chopped (drain juice from canned peaches)
    Nonstick cooking spray

Tips

May top with nonfat vanilla yogurt or a little real maple syrup.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine egg and milk; add dry ingredients and beat until smooth; add canola oil. Add peaches and mix well. Cook on a hot griddle coated with nonstick cooking spray.
