    1/2 cup white ww flour
    1/2 c unbleached white flour
    1/4 c truvia
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 c ff greek yogurt
    1/4 c egg beaters
    2 tbsp applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp lemon extract

    quick glaze: 1/2 cup + powdered z-sweet (xylitol), or powdered sugar [nutrition calculated with z-sweet
    1 tbsp lemon juice]


Preheat oven to 350. Grease donut pan.
Whisk flours, sweetener, baking powder/soda, salt and nutmeg together in a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk yogurt, egg, applesauce, flavorings and lemon juice together in a small separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and stir only until moistened.
Spoon into donut pan and bake for 9-10 minutes.
To make glaze, whisk together lemon juice and powdered sweetener. You may want to add water to thin it out if that's your preference. Glaze/ice donuts once cooled!

Serving Size: makes 7 donuts in my pan
