Introduction

Ingredients

    Watermelon, 6 cups
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Ice, 12 cubes
    Body Fortress - Super Advanced - Vanilla Whey Protein, 1 scoop

Tips

I kept the other 2 portions in a pitcher in my fridge - you will need to stir this up again to drink, but it made a good grab-n-go breakfast.


Directions

Add half the watermelon to blender - blend until smooth
Add half the yogurt, half the protein, and half the ice cubes - blend until smooth
Repeat with the other half

Serving Size: Makes 3 - 8 oz servings
