Introduction
I have a very fussy child to feed so I began finding ways of making recipes he loves more healthy and came up with these pancakes. He will often eat 2 or 3 pancakes at a time. Ingredients

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs sugar
6 oz greek yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
additional water to thin batter, if necessary
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Thoroughly combine wet ingredients in seperate bowl. Add wet mixture to dry and mix until combined. Add water if batter is too thick. Pour onto a lightly greased pan, flipping when bubbles form and edges begin to dry.
