Introduction

Those yummy, fresh summer vegetables fixed on the grill and tossed with a fresh sweet homemade dressing! Those yummy, fresh summer vegetables fixed on the grill and tossed with a fresh sweet homemade dressing!

Ingredients

    3 ears grilled corn, cut from cob
    1 small-medium sweet potato, sliced and grilled
    12 grape tomatoes, halved
    2 c. fresh green beans

    Dressing:

    1 c. fat free Italian dressing
    1 T. fat free Thousand Island dressing
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. basil

Directions

Remove husks from corn and brush with dressing. Place on 350 degree gas grill. Turn after 15 minutes, and keep brushing with dressing. Peel and slice sweet potato and grill on aluminum foil for 20 min. while corn is grilling. Cut corn from cob- toss all veggies with remaining dressing.
