Introduction

This is a spin off the traditional sausage and egg breakfast casserole. This is a spin off the traditional sausage and egg breakfast casserole.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 avacado sliced
    1/4 c onion chopped
    4 eggs beaten
    1/2 c mozzarella cheese
    3 slices of bacon crumbled
    1 can of crescent rolls

Tips

Calories can be cut by using 1/2 the can of crescent rolls and just press to cover the bottom of baking dish.


Directions

spray 9x7 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer crescent rolls, bacon, avocado, onion, and cheese. Pour beaten egg mixture over the top and spread, as needed. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until egg is cooked.
