-
1/2 bottle (255 g) of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
3.26 Boneless, skinless pork tenderloin
8 oz. can of diet Pepsi
1 TBSP seasoned salt
Tips
This is great as a pulled pork sandwich (just add the calories for the roll), on top of a salad, or just by itself.
Directions
Pat pork tenderloin dry and put into a crockpot. Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp seasoned salt over top (this recipe used 1 tbsp in the calorie count) and then pour 1/2 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce over top. Pour 8 oz. can of Pepsi on top of that.
