1 Articoke heart (not in oil)
2 Tbsp fresh basil
2 Tbsp greek oregano

Ensure you use dry tomatoes and artichokes packed in water not oil.

- chop tomato and artichoke
- finely chop oregano and basil
- combine tomato, artichoke, basil and oregano
- stuff Steak with mixture.
