    Ingredients

    • 1/2 pound Dole Classic Cole Slaw, Half of pre-prep bag
    • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • 4 Tbsp hoisin sauce, divided- 2 for cooking, 2 spread on tortillas
    • 4 oz cooked center loin pork, lean only, chopped
    • 4 small corn tortilla(s)
    • 2 tsp water
    • 2 tsp soy sauce


    Instructions

    In a medium frying pan with lid, add sesame oil, half bag of cole slaw mix and chopped pork. Saute 2 minutes.
    Mix water, soy sauce, and 2 tbsp hoisin sauce. Pour over slaw/pork mixture.
    Cover and cook on low until sauce reduces by half- about 5 minutes.
    Heat tortillas according to package directions.
    Spread each tortilla with .5 tbsp hoisin and divide pork slaw mixture across tortillas.


Directions

saute pork and cole slaw 2 min

add 3 tb hoisin sauce and soy sauce 5 more min

add garlic gingerroot if wanted

mix remaining 3 tbs hoisin with 3 tbs soy sauce spread on "PANCAKE"
