    2 cups Rolled Oats Blended to flour
    1/2 cup High Fibre Bran cereal blended to flour
    1/2 cup dried chopped apricots
    1 egg
    1/3 cup non fat milk
    1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
    5 Tbs Golden Syrup


These are great as a base for desserts or added to smoothie. Not very nice to eat alone.

Add one of these muffins to a blender with one whole banana and 2 kiwi fruit. Blend until no chunks remain.

Makes a very healthy, energy loaded breakfast before gym or busy day!


Add blended flours, apricots, sunflower seeds and combine.

Add egg, mix well. Add milk and then Golden syrup. Mixture will quite thick.

Place into greased muffin tray and bake for 15min or until firm.

Serving Size: Makes 10 small Muffins
