3 Tbsp buttermilk powder
1/2 cup non fat Kraft mayo
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Tips
With under 14 calories, negligible fat and less than 100 milligrams of sodium per one ounce serving, this dressing still packs great ranch flavor.
Directions
Add the water, buttermilk powder, spices, herbs and vinegar and stir.
When the seasonings are well mixed in with the liquid ingredients, whisk in the xanthan gum and stir for a minute or so. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours for best flavor.
