    1 Thin slice ham
    1 Cooked Egg

    1/2 c Cottage Cheese
    1 Serving fruit
    1 c milk

Tips

Change it up. Sub chicken or shaved steak for the ham. Have yogurt instead of cottage cheese. Change the fruit.


Directions

Toast muffin. Heat ham slice 10s in microwave. Cook egg. Add different types of mustard to taste. Serve other ingredients on the side.
