Ingredients

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 teaspoons garlic salt
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 medium potatoes (any variety)
    Baby Carrots (100 grams)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray roasting pan with non-stick spray. Coat Carrots and Potatoes in Olive Oil. Toss with seasonings. Roast covered for about an hour or until vegetables are tender.

    I added extra garlic because I love it and I let myself have a heavy hand with the pepper for a little extra spice. - 10/7/08
