Ingredients

Chicken Thigh, 1.5 unit
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 10.5 serving
Beans, white, 2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Garlic, 3 tsp
Diced Chilies, 8 serving
3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 8 serving
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Ragu Cheese Light Parmesan Alfredo, 6 serving
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken and meatballs in bottom of pot.
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add white beans.
Add diced chilies.
Add tomatoes, with juices.
Season if you like with zesty seasoning and onion powder (not included in this recipe's nutritional info).
Add minced garlic.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, break up the chicken into smallish chunks.
Drain some of the liquid from the pot and add the Alfredo sauce; cover pot once again.
Boil water and make rice.
