Ingredients

    3 Chicken Patties, diced
    1 Bag Rice Stir Fry Mix
    1 tsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Tips

You can use Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil instead of Spray to add more calories.


Directions

Thaw and cut chicken patties. Spray Skillet or Wok with non-Stick Cooking Spray (One Quick Spray is all that is needed.). Add Chicken Patties cut up, Soy Sauce and Vegetable Mix. Cover and Steam for 10-15 minutes, or until Vegetables are done yet still a little crispy, stirring every few minutes to keep from sticking to pan.
