Introduction

These muffins are absolute chocolate heaven! These muffins are absolute chocolate heaven!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    3/4 cup Un-Sweetened Almond Milk
    1/4 cup Un-Sweetened Applesauce
    1 cup Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips
    1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Tips

If you want to skip the sweet tooth feel free to replace the chocolate chips with blueberries for scrumptious blueberry muffins!


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in Almond Milk, Applesauce, Vanilla and Cinnamon.

Fold in Chocolate Chips.

Fill muffin cups with large spoon in a muffin tray.(I actually prefer to just grease the muffin tray and skip the muffin cups because they tend to break apart when you try to take off the paper)

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Muffins
