Introduction

My favorite way to start my day! My favorite way to start my day!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 medium banana (sliced)
    1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup WholeSoy & Co Organic Soy Yogurt Unsweetened Plain (this is my favorite brand, but any non-dairy yogurt works fine!)

Tips

Top with your favorite granola for a more filling & delicious meal!

Directions

A quick note to start with! You will only be using half of the banana in your smoothie. I like to cut the banana in half about an hour before hand and set half aside. I take the other half and pre-slice it, put it in a small ziplock and throw in the freezer to make a thicker smoothie.

Pour almond milk and soy yogurt into a blender.

Throw in frozen strawberries, blueberries, and half of the banana sliced.

Put on lid and blend! *I like my smoothie pretty thick, but if you'd like it a little smoother add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.*

Pour into a nice, tall, frosty glass.

Take the remaining half of your banana and slice it up and throw on top of your smoothie. Grab a spoon and enter chilled, fruity bliss!
