Ingredients


    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup dried Lentils
    1/2 Large Red Onion, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic crushed
    1 cup frozen green Peas
    2-3 tsp curry powder (I used Bombay Veggie)
    3 bay leaves

Directions

In pressure cooker, combine water, lentils and bay leaves. Bring to pressure and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and wait to remove pressure cooker lid.

Add onion, garlic, and seasonings, bring to simmer. When lentils are just tender, add frozen peas until the peas are heated through.

Can serve with rice, naan, or bread/grain of choice.
