Ingredients

    1 Packet McCormick Slow Cooker Italian Herb Chicken Seasoning (Follow Recipe on back, or....)

    3 Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

    2-4oz. Cans Great Value Mushrooms Stems & Pieces

    1 can Hunt's Tomato Paste

    2 cans Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes

Directions

Makes 6-4oz. servings

Place chicken in crock pot, and put drained mushrooms on top. Mix together seasoning, tomato paste, and stewed tomatoes. Then pour on top of chicken and mushrooms. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

    Very Good
    I made this with bone-in chicken breast & added cabbage & onions. I tried 4 hours on high and it was not done, so I did 8 hours on low and It was great! I think the bones made cooking time longer. Also added extra italian seasoning, water & fennel. - 11/5/08
