Ingredients

    Water, 1 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 4 tbsp (or to taste)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
    Salt, 1 tsp
    1 Butternut Squash (approx. 4.5 cup, cubes)

Tips

Avoiding using too much water, because you don't want to have excess water to drain.
Salt, sugar and peanut butter are all added to taste/ preference.


Directions

1. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
2. Bring the water to boil and add the butternut, salt and sugar.
3. Cook until the butternut is tender.
4. Once the butternut is tender, mash and add the peanut butter.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve.
