Ingredients

    2 Mixed Chillies
    .5 Cucumber
    2 Carrots,
    1 bell peppers (any color)
    2 Cloves Garlic
    4 medium Tomatoes
    20 Green Beans
    Premixed Salad leaves
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise or salad cream
    .5 stick of Lemon Grass

Directions

Chop finely the chillies, garlic and lemon grass. Put them into a bowl. Then grate carrots into the same bowl. After that add all the ingredients except the salad leaves. Mix then add the leaves! Enjoy!
