Ingredients

1 Banana
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Almond Butter (or other nut butter)
Splash of Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon to taste
Coconut Oil to coat pan
Tips
Be careful not to have the heat too high or it may burn.
Directions
1. Place small pan over medium heat. Coat pan with coconut oil.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients by hand or with a food processor.
3. Add to pan and slowly cook under it begins to look dry.
4. Flip and cook briefly to brown other side.
Serving Size: Makes 1 pancake
