Introduction

A yummy, protein packed breakfast I literally dreamed up (yes, this recipe came to me in a dream, LOL!) A yummy, protein packed breakfast I literally dreamed up (yes, this recipe came to me in a dream, LOL!)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half a cup of oats
    Third of a cup of cottage cheese
    1 medium egg
    Third of a teaspoon of cinnamon
    Quarter of a teaspoon of L.S.A
    Third of a cup of yogurt (I prefer Greek)
    Half a tablespoon of maple syrup

Tips

I make triple sized batches and store them in the fridge for 3 quick and easy breakfasts!


Directions

Mix oats, egg, cottage cheese, cinnamon & LSA. Form small oatckes in a non-stick frypan, fry on slow/medium heat until firm.
Serve topped with yogurt and drizzle of maple syrup.
(berries, banana and other fruits could also be added to the topping if you like)

Serving Size: Makes 2 small oatcakes
