Ingredients

    .5 cup Gratted carrots
    .5 cup onion, chopped
    .5 cup muchroom, chopped
    .5 cup bell pepper chopped
    .5 cup old fashioned oats
    439 grams (15.5 oz can) kidney beans, drained
    1 clove garlic
    .5 tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper (or to taste)

Tips

First attempt at making a veggie burger. I found it to be a bit bland by itself but dressed up I enjoyed it. Dress as you would a burger or use in a wrap.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Line lipped cookie pan with parchement paper. Place patties on paper and bake for 20 min.

Serving Size: Make 6 patties using 1/3 cup each
