Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup quinoa
    1 1/2 cup orange juice
    3 1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
    2 tablespoon maple syrup
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 cup raspberries
    3/4 cup blackberries
    3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
    2 clementines
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup almonds, sliced

Tips

Can be eaten immediately or chilled overnight for flavors to develop deeper.


Directions

Add water and orange juice, bring to a boil
Add grains then cover and reduce to a simmer.
Cook until liquid is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes).
Remove from heat and spread grains out on a baking sheet to cool.
Once cooled, transfer grain mixture to a big bowl.
Add yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, 2nd listed orange juice and mix together.
Mix in nuts.
Fold in berries carefully so as not to break them.
Top with sprinkle of more nuts.
