Introduction

Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove)
    3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 7 serving (remove)
    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Wide Noodle Style Pasta (6 servings per bag), 6 serving (remove)
    Del Monte Traditional Pasta Sauce (6 servings per can), 6 serving (remove)
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 10.5 serving (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .2 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place meatballs in bottom of pot.
Cold water rinse/thaw shrimp and add to pot.
Season with onion powder & ground cumin seed.
In a bowl, mix together the tomato paste, diced chilies and oregano. Layer atop the shrimp/meatballs.
Add the tomatoes.
Cover and set on High or Low depending on when you want to eat.
About 30 minutes out, add the pasta sauce and stir in well. Cover again and then boil the water to cook the pasta per instructions on the package.
