Ingredients

    4 Boneless Pork Chops
    2 tbsp. Shortening; or use Pam spray instead
    1/2 tsp. salt, seasoning salt or blackening spices;
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 C. Worchestershire Sauce
    Water to cover chops

Tips

This is a recipe my niece shared with me, best tasting tender chops I have ever had.


Directions

add shortening or pam to frying pan, add salt or seasoned spice and pepper to taste. Add the chops and Sear them until they are browned on both sides; add worchestershire sauce,, then cover chops with water, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until chops are fork tender and cooked through.
