Introduction

Ingredients

    3 large beets
    10 large stalks celery with leaves
    8 medium carrots
    1bunch celery
    2 medium apples
    4 lemons optional

Tips

Use organic vegetables if possiable. Juice will maintain nutrieint value up to three days if using green machine, otherwise immediately or the same day.


Directions

Wash veggies. Put vegetables through juicer, alternate parsley with firm vegetables. Add juice of 1/2 lemon to each serving at serving if desired.
