Ingredients

    1/2 Banana
    1/8c. Blueberries
    2 oz. Orange Juice
    1/4c. Strawberries, pureed
    1/2c. Raspberries
    1/4c. Spinach
    1/2c. Yogurt, Vanilla, Fat-Free

    1 scoop Whey Protein, Vanilla
    1/2c. Water

Tips

Eat 1 serving for a light lunch or snack, or both servings for nutrient-packed dinner.


Directions

Freeze in 1qt. zipper bag:
1/2 Banana (sliced)
1/8c. Blueberries
2 oz. Orange Juice (ice cube trays)
1/4c. Strawberries, pureed (ice cube trays)
1/2c. Raspberries
1/4c. Spinach
1/2c. Yogurt, Vanilla, Fat-Free (muffin pan)

When ready to serve:
Thaw slightly in fridge.
Add water and protein powder.
Blend.
