Ingredients

    8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles (cooked)
    1 10.5oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cans chunk tuna in water
    1/2 can (or 1 small can) peas
    1/2 c skim milk
    2 slices Aunt Millie's Fat Free Bread
    Parkay Spray Butter
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

Meanwhile, mix together in medium sized bowl, soup, tuna, peas and milk. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Drain noodles and put in casserole dish. Add soup mixture and combine until creamy.

Take 2 slices of bread and break into small pieces and lay on top. Spray lightly with Parkay spray butter.

Cook for 20-25 minutes until bread starts to toast.

Serving Size: Makes (4) 1 cup servings
