Ingredients

    •1 tsp canola oil
    •2 garlic cloves, minced fine
    •1/2 cup chopped onion
    •1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    •1 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
    •1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
    •1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
    •3/4 cup canned, commercial salsa, divided
    •1/3 cup water
    •1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    •1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
    •1 TBSP dried cilantro
