Ingredients

    3 chicken breast cooked and shredded
    1 cup red grades quartered
    1 cup celery diced
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    pinch tarragon

Tips

Serve on any bread you like. My favorite way to eat this is in a croissant roll.


Directions

Mix first three ingredients together.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and tarragon together in a bowl and pour over chicken mixture. Stir together.

Serving Size: makes 7 half cup servings
