Introduction

Ingredients

1 Large Bell Pepper (red or green- chopped)
2 Sticks Celery - chopped
1/2 Red Onion - chopped
454g Lean ground turkey
454g Fresh Bean Sprouts
2 tbsp Soya Low Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Optional: Spice - Noonya from Epicure (to taste)
Tips
Crushed peanuts is good for serving! (not in calculation)
Directions
1. Stir fry onion, pepper and celery (with olive oil). Set aside.
2. Cook ground turkey into wok.
3. Add bean sprout, veggies and seasonning to the turkey. Cook at low heat until soften.
Serve 4 : 1 portion is about 285 gr.
