    100g Red Mild Pepper
    175g Fresh Riped Celery
    90g Leek
    117g Fresh Mushroom cut into pieces
    400g Lean ground Beef
    454g Fresh Bean Sprouts
    2 tbsp Soya Low Soya Sauce
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Salt Butter


1. Dans un grand Poêlon, faire fondre le beurre avec l'huile
d'olive et y faire revenir le poivron et le céleri.
2. Ajouter le poireau & les champignons et cuire à feu doux
puis réservez.
3. Dans le même poêlon, faire cuire le boeuf haché sous
forme de miettes.
4. Ajoutez les germes d'haricots , les légumes réservés,
la sauce soya et les assaisonnements au goût. Cuire à
feu doux jusqu'à ce que le mélange soi suffisamment
chaud et que les germes soient transparents.

  • Oy...I had to really dig deep into the cellar of my brain and dust of some rusty unused French to figure this out, lol. I am going to give this one a go but may substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef and serve over spaghetti squash to give hubby a sense of fullness. - 10/20/10
