Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 frozen organic corn
    1 cup of dry chick peas
    1 4-5 oz can of green chiles
    3/4 c salsa verde
    32 oz chicken broth - organic
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 tsp cumin powder
    2 tsp chili powder
    dash of tobasco
    2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 zucchini chopped
    fresh cilantro to taste

Tips

Add avocado to the top as a garnish. delish


Directions

mix all ingredients in a slow cooker except tomatoes and zucchini and cilantro
cook on low 5 hours
toward the end of cooking (last 10-15 minutes), add tomatoes, zucchini and cilantro.
