2 T oatmeal
1 tsp honey
1 T walnut
1 T craisins
5 dried apple rings
just enough hot water to cover
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large mug. Put in just enough hot water to cover. Stir. Lid. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 min. Let sit for 2 min. Stir & serve.
