Ingredients

    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 1 lb
    Rice Chex Cereal (1 cup) crushed
    Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Kikkoman terryaki sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Grated fresh ginger, 1 Tsp
    Chinese five Spice, 1 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp

    Dipping Sauce:
    2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    Small amount of asian hot sauce (dash or two)
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    4 tbsp water

Tips

Typically I serve this with brown rice and veggies.

This makes great apps too. Just make smaller meatballs and serve with toothpicks.


Directions

Pre heat oven to 500. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Make 12 meatballs. place on pan-spray coated cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes, turn meatballs over, cook for 5 more minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients in a small dish and serve
