Ingredients

    1 lb. box rotinia pasta, cooked al dente
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    3 oz. kalamata olives
    2 1/2 oz. green olives
    1/2 red onion, diced
    1/2 yellow pepper, diced
    3 1/2 oz. feta cheese
    3 tablespoons italian dressing
    1/2 c. fat free italian dressing

Tips

No added salt is necessary because of bottled dressings and olives.


Directions

Cook pasta, drain and rinse. Add canned veggies and chopped fresh veggies with feta cheese and olives. Mix together, stir in dressings. Refrigerate.
