    2 cups spelt flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp of baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 3/4 cups almond breeze almond milk, unsweetened
    1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 egg
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract


If desired,top each pancakes with 5 rasberries ( 5 calories ) and .25 tbsp of maple syrup ( 13 calories )
or make a blueberry compote (boil 5 minutes 1/2 cup frozen blueberries add 1tbsp erythritol - natural sweetener
1tbs of compote ( 20 calories )


Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In a large bowl whisk egg, almond milk, apple sauce, vanilla and maple syrup.
Add dry ingredients to liquids.
Let rest a few minutes.
Spray griddle with cooking spray.
For each pancake, spoon about 1/3 cup batter onto hot griddle.
Cook until lightly browned. Flip pancakes and cook until other sides are lightly browned.
